Violin on the Sand ROYAN

Created in 1987, The "Violin on the Sand of Royan" invites young and old, informed music lovers or those who do not know, to sit on the sand, facing the ocean, the heart in the stars, to savor the most beautiful classic pages unexpected and never heard in such place. The beach becomes one of the largest and most beautiful concert halls able to accommodate more than 50,000 people each evening of show, under the starry sky ... The Grande Conche Beach in Royan, a little piece of paradise, stretches over 2 650 m of south-facing sandy sand, a rarity on this Atlantic coast, and rises from the new pier of the marina to the rocks of Vallières in the town of Saint-Georges-de-Didonne, narrate and tantalizing the architectural heritage of its choppy.
